Important
Words:
POWER WORDS: after, their, about
where, then
These
are words we are still learning to read and spell.
ACADEMIC WORDS: ipad
photo edit crop
These are words that we are learning to
understand the meaning of.
Today:
Hats on for
Mental Health. Check out this video that
we watched…
We read to self today. Good readers are fluent which means they sound
like normal talking so they can understand the words.
We worked hard
with our artist in residence
Mrs Ellison this morning. We made some lovely
copper wire sculptures to show you tomorrow night. We know a lot about Canadian Trees!
In math we solved an everyday
problem about Hats on for Mental Health Day.
Ask me about gym and music.
Tomorrow’s
Class Leader:
Ellie (bring something to share with us that fits inside Ms MacMillan’s Egg and
have 2 clues ready to help us guess what is inside)
See you tomorrow for our Arbor Day Celebration!
Ms. MacMillan
