Team 72 Celebrates Winter!

Dear Children and Families,



Reminders:
-HOME READING:  Have you gotten a hockey card yet?  Did you use your fortune teller to talk about your book?
-Library Book Exchange on Tuesday
-No School Thursday, Friday, Monday
-Return Community Map for social studies

Today:

We read to self

We read for 10 minutes.


We had a great time celebrating the French Canadian tradition of Winter Carnaval!  Ask me what stations I tried.

We listened to the story Winter is the Warmest Season by Lauren Stringer.

In math we used our counterpillars to practice adding and subtracting.

During Social Studies we used the laptops to search for facts and learn about Cranston School.  Please return your community map so we can share them.

Tueday’s Class Leader: Teagan (remember to bring a stuffy to share).
