Arctic Research, Tree Facts and Swimming Forms


Dear Children and Families,

Reminders:  
-HOME READING
-Half Day tomorrow.
-Swimming Lesson permission forms coming home today.  Please complete, sign and return.

These are words that we are learning to understand the meaning.

Today:

We read to self, read to someone.

We read for 30 minutes.

We are becoming researchers who are learning about Trees.  We used a graphic organizer to write what we know and want to know about Trees.

In word work we wrote words with ub, et sounds

In math we used our Chisenbop strategy to play Strike Out and write number sentences.

We played outside during gym.

During social studies we searched a website to learn a true fact about the Canadian Arctic.  You can check it out too! 

Tomorrow’s Class Leader: Kaitlyn (remember to bring a stuffy to share!)

Ms Collins will be with the students Friday, Monday and Tuesday.  See you Wednesday!
