Chicks, Fire Alarm, Learning!

Dear Children and Families,

Next Wednesday April 19^th the classes at Cranston School will be performing their dance from their dance residency program in gym.  Team 72 will be performing their dance from 1:20 – 1:50 in the gym.  Parents are welcome to come and watch!

Reminders:

·      Next Book Exchange is Tuesday April 18.

·      Arbor Day – Thursday May 4^th – More info to follow

·      Scholastic went home – Due back April 24

·      Family Fun Rainbow Bowling form went home today – first come first serve

·      There is no school Friday April 14

Today:

In Reading, we did Read to Self and Read to Someone today.

In Math, we practiced our adding skills with math games.

In Art, we finished our spring activity drawing.

In word work, we did another spelling quiz on another 25 words from our word wall.

We had gym and music today.  Please share with your parents what you did.

In writing, we read the book, “ Seasons: Change in the natural world.”  We wrote a visual organizer in our visual journals.  

Ms. Collins will see you tomorrow.  Ms. MacMillan will see you Wednesday and Thursday.  There is no school Friday. J

Tuesday class leader is Eduard.  Please bring in something that is special to you and, of course, can fit in your backpacks. J
